IDEA DE DESAYUNO Ingredientes Yogur tipo griego 0% Matcha Fruta al gusto Copos de avena Elaboración Mezclamos el yogur con el matcha. Cortamos la fruta a trozos, yo he usado mango, fresa y plátano. Añadimos la fruta a la mezcla del yogur, junto con copos de avena. LISTO PARA COMER!

how much matcha do you actually put in — like a teaspoon or more?

half a teaspoon usually — more than that it gets bitter tbh
