dry hands are my autumn villain

Right so I've been obsessing over moisturising my face all season but somehow forgot my hands exist until they started cracking around the knuckles. Classic. Honestly autumn skin care always gets talked about as this big facial routine overhaul but nobody mentions hands enough. I wash mine constantly — comes with the job, lots of hand washing between clients — and by November they're just... rough. I've started keeping a small cream literally next to the kettle so I actually use it. That's the only system that works for me tbh. No fancy routine, just not forgetting. Also collagen in my morning drink has made a difference to overall skin feel I think, not just my face. Hard to prove but my hands feel less paper-thin than last winter so I'll take it.
