my skin in September is basically a different person

Honestly I don't know why it still catches me off guard every year. Summer skin and autumn skin are just... not the same skin. Mine goes from oily-and-moody to dry-and-also-moody and there's like a two week window where it's both at the same time which is genuinely a lot to deal with. Right now I've got dry patches on my cheeks but my chin is still breaking out. Make it make sense. I haven't changed anything in my routine which is maybe the problem tbh. Same products, completely different results. I keep reading that you're supposed to swap things out seasonally but I never actually do it because I'm scared of making things worse. So I just... wait it out and complain about it on here.

training does this to me too, sweat + cold air = chaos

have you tried swapping your moisturiser out first before anything else, or are you changing the whole routine at once?

how long does it usually take before your skin settles again once you do switch things up?

took about 3-4 weeks for mine last year, but the first week after switching felt worse before it got better
