sleep is doing more than your protein shake tbh
Pure found this out the hard way last month. Was hitting sessions hard, eating right, creatine sorted, everything. But I was getting like 5-6 hours and wondering why I felt battered every single day and progress had just... stopped.
Finally started actually sleeping 8 hours and within two weeks I felt mental different. Strength came back up, soreness wasn't lasting three days anymore.
I know everyone says it but I genuinely didn't believe recovery was that much of the thing. Thought it was soft advice. It's nae soft advice.
