@feastingonfruit has created a mix that brings together two lovable green foods: avocado and matcha muffins.
1 avocado (mashed)
90g of maple syrup
170g of almond flour
70g of tapioca flour
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
20g of matcha
1/4 cup lactose-free milk
Time for cooking!
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
Beat the avocado and maple syrup together until a uniform dough is created without lumps.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Grease the cavities of a muffin pan. Fill each of them with dough to almost the edge.
Bake for 25-30 minutes at 175 degrees or until the center is firm.
Wait at least 10 minutes before unmolding.
