A recipe that we think you will like as much as we do.
Ingredients for the cupcake:
150 g flour
3 tablespoons black cocoa powder
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter at room temperature
1/2 cup of sugar
1/4 cup black sesame paste
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/3 cup buttermilk
To grease the mold: 1 tablespoon of unmade butter and 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder
Ingredients for matcha glaze:
4 g of 100% organic matcha
1/4 cup cream
50 g small white chocolate
Preparation of black sesame cupcakes:
Spread the mold with the undone butter and sprinkle with cocoa.
In a bowl, mix the flour, cocoa, yeast and salt.
Apart, beat together the butter, sugar and black sesame paste. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each egg. Add the vanilla extract and stir.
Join both mixtures and add the flour and whey.
Put this mixture in the mold or molds (it depends on whether you want to make a single cake or several cupcakes) and bake for 20 minutes.
Let the cupcakes cool 5 minutes in the pan and then demolish them and put them on an oven rack (off) so they are finished at the ideal temperature for consumption.
Matcha Glaze Preparation:
Put the white chocolate in a heat-resistant container.
In another bowl, mix the matcha with 1 tablespoon of cream. When mixed, add the remaining milk cream and heat it, while stirring and without boiling. Spread this mixture over white chocolate, letting it melt. Beat it.
Now, pour it over the cupcakes, and enjoy!
