Blueberry and matcha smoothie

An antioxidant shot that will make you feel great.
Ingredients:
1 handful of cashews (soaked)
2 glasses of water
Half avocado
1 large handful of spinach
8 g of matcha
The juice of one lime and a half
2 tablespoons of sunflower seeds
3 tablespoons of honey or any sweetener
1 handful of blueberries
Method:
Beat all the ingredients together except the blueberries.
Crush cranberries with a spoon and place the resulting paste in the bottom of the glasses.
Pour the smoothie on top, and enjoy!
