Creative créme brûlée

That burnt sugar above makes us fall in love.
One of the things that excites us most about cooking is the possibility of infinite creation that it offers us. We like to give you ideas and to rethink and mold them as you please, even if you create totally new recipes!
That’s why we fell in love with this creation, which originally uses a type of cupcake from Germany as a base, but which you can reinvest in a thousand ways. With a donut or sponge cake, for example!
Whatever you do, what is certain is that it will be a dessert loaded with antioxidants and flavor.
Equip yourself with …
1 baumkuchen (it is a German cupcake, but you can use another type of sweet, provided it has a hollow in the middle and has an absorbent dough)
8 g of 100% organic matcha of ceremonial quality
1 tablespoon of water
1 tablespoon sugar
1 flan
2 tablespoons flour
Sugar to put on top
And to prepare it …
To prepare the matcha sauce with which we will dip the baumkuchen, mix 3 g of matcha, the spoon of water and the sugar and once you have mixed it, dip the baumkuchen with a brush.
In a bowl, put the flan and remove the caramel capita. Add the remaining matcha and flour and stir until a uniform dough remains. Microwave one minute, stir and put it back another minute. Remove again.
Pour it into the cupcake hole, leave it in the fridge for 30 minutes, and add granulated sugar. To burn it, heat a spoon on the fire and place it on the sugar.
