Matcha Cheesecake brownie

Two of the best desserts in the world united in one and…with matcha!
If only by reading the title you have already fallen in love with this Ful Filled recipe, we anticipate that it is also very easy to do. Keep reading and enjoy!
To start, we will separate the ingredients between those of the cheesecake and the brownie, to join them at the end in a single and amazing creation.
Ingredients for the cheesecake:
225 g of Philadelphia cheese at room temperature.
75 g of sugar
12 g of 100% organic matcha. If you like to cook with matcha, we recommend the can of 80 grams.
115 g of melted white chocolate.
1 egg.
For thebrownie:
85 g of diced butter.
160 g of chocolate for desserts.
120 g of sugar
1 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
70 g of flour
4 g cocoa powder.
4 g cornstarch.
1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions for the cheesecake:
In an electric mixer with the mixing paddle on, combine the Philadephia with the sugar.
Once it is smooth, add the matcha. Continue adding the white chocolate and the egg until a single paste remains.
Instructions for the brownie:
In a pan, melt the butter, add the chocolate and stir until everything is undone. Set it aside from the heat and add the sugar, eggs, vanilla, flour, starch, cocoa and salt until everything is well mixed.
It is time to join them to create this dessert that you want to try:
Take about 3/4 of the brownie dough and place it in the mold. Now add the whole cheesecake on top creating a uniform layer.
Take what was left of the brownie dough and pour it in spoonfuls
over total mass.

To get the marble effect, you can make shape with a stick. It will be much more colorful.
Bake for 30 minutes and let it cool before unmolding.

The only thing you have left of the process is to decide with whom you will share this brownie cheesecake with matcha, although after trying it you will not want to share it with anyone else!
