Matcha and chocolate frappe

If we propose matcha and chocolate frappé … what do you say?
It does not contain fruit or ice cream, so its sugar content is very low and it will depend on whether you want to add stevia to the garnish, or not. In addition, its protein content is high, so it is ideal for both athletes and those who want to take care of their weight and health.
In less than ten minutes, you will have two colorful and healthy frappes prepared.
Ingredients for the frappe:
150 g of ice
120 g of steamed zucchini previously frozen in pieces
50 g of avocado
20 g of spinach
1 tablespoon vanilla flavored serum or vegan protein
120 ml unsweetened almond milk
Vainilla
Optional: stevia or other sweetener if you want a sweeter smoothie
Ingredients for the garnish:
15 g cold pressed extra virgin coconut oil
15 g bitter cocoa
Optional: stevia or other sweetener if you want a sweeter glaze
Optional: cocoa beans
Preparation:
Dissolve the matcha in a trickle of hot water to avoid lumps.
Put the ice and frozen zucchini in the blender. Beat it a little.
Add the rest of the ingredients and beat again.
Prepare the garnish you see in the photo by mixing coconut oil, stevia and cocoa.
