- 2 large and ripe oranges
- 2 g of organic matcha
In addition to being a refreshing drink organge juice contains a large amount of vitamin C and antioxidants. Thanks to its acidity, it is a perfect food to mix with matcha also rich in antioxidants.
- Wash the oranges, cut them in two halves and squeeze each half with the juicer (manual or electric). Strain the juice in a glass with ice cubes so that the juice is left without the pulp.
- In another bowl add 2 g of matcha in 60 ml of water and beat with the bamboo or electric whisk until it is completely dissolved and foamy.
- In the glass with the ice cubes and orange juice, add the dissolved matcha and you will have a delicious mix of colors and flavors.
