Matcha tiramisu. No oven needed!

This matcha tiramisu recipe is not like the others. Probably because it is not exactly what is known as a tiramisu recipe.
It is fast, it is prepared in individual portions and the gratification is huge! So, let’s start…
Ingredients for two servings:
225 grams of mascarpone
3 teaspoons of sugar or any sweetener
2 tablespoons of honey
8 rusks
7 grams of matcha
Method:
Mix mascarpone and sugar.
In another bowl, dissolve the matcha in about 80 ml of hot water (without boiling). Add the matcha to the mascarpone and sugar mixture.
To dip the biscuits, cut them in half and dip them in the honey syrup resulting of mixing the honey with half a glass of boiled water.
Now you just have to put layers of biscuits and matcha mascarpone in the glass. Oh! and remember to store them for at least an hour in the fridge before eating them.
