Baked Matcha Cheesecakes (no oven needed!)

Learn how to make this easy dessert that will surprise and delight your guests.
Whether you have guests at home, or if you have to bring dessert to a dinner, or even if you want to liven up a Sunday afternoon at home, this recipe is so simple that you will want to make it every day.
In addition, if you prepare the cheese cake in individual portions, each person can enjoy the taste of matcha integrated into one of the most famous desserts in the world. Shall we start?
Ingredients for the base:
70 g of Mikado chocolate sticks
1 cup pretzel sticks
1/4 cup unmade butter (We recommend unsalted butter)
Ingredients for the stuffing:
2 packages of Philadelphia cream cheese
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup and a half of whipped cream (and a little more to decorate)
Preparación
Chop the Mikados and pretzels in a blender until they become a fine grain without becoming a paste. Once you have this dough, use a spatula to mix it with the undone butter.
Take this mixture and put a little on the base of each small mold, or on the whole base of a large mold if you want to make a single cheesecake. Leave them in the fridge.
With a blender, mix the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla extract for a long time so that the sugar grains are not noticed. Check the texture.
In another bowl, add the whipped cream and the four grams of matcha. Now join the previous mixture with this and put the resulting dough in the molds, on top of the base of Mikados, pretzels and butter that you have made before. Cover it and let it rest for a minimum of a couple of hours.
