Vegan matcha cookies

A healthy sweet that will fill your kitchen with color.
These vegan matcha cookies are prepared in less than half an hour, they taste like matcha and they will give you instant energy.
Ingredients for 10/12 cookies:
125 g of flour
6 g of matcha (although you can add more if you want to notice more flavor).
A tablespoon of tahini If you don’t have it or it’s hard to get it, you can ignore it.
4 tablespoons maple syrup
2 tablespoons coconut sugar
2 tablespoons almond milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 teaspoon of yeast powder free of aluminum.
Half teaspoon of baking soda.
Mix all the dry ingredients in one bowl and the wet ingredients in another. Join the two mixtures and make the cookies as large as you want.
You can play with the texture they will have, if you make them thicker, they will be more fluffy inside. If you make them thin and small, they will be more crispy.
Bake for 12-14 minutes at 180 ° C.
