banana and peanut butter toast — nothing new but hear me out
Right so I know this isn't exactly a revelation but I've been doing banana on toast with a bit of peanut butter every morning this week and honestly it's keeping me going til about 11 which for me is practically a miracle.
Wholemeal bread, proper toasted so it's got a bit of crunch. Thin layer of peanut butter — I use the one that's just peanuts, no added sugar, took a while to get used to the taste tbh. Then half a banana sliced on top. That's it.
I used to have a bacon bap every morning without fail. This feels a bit daft by comparison but to be fair my energy doesn't completely crash by 9:30 anymore so something's working.
