chickpea salad I've been making on autopilot

Honestly this isn't even a recipe really, it's just a thing I throw together when it's gone 6 and Archie's finally down and I cannot be bothered to actually cook. Tin of chickpeas, half a cucumber, cherry tomatoes, feta, and a lemon. That's it. Drain the chickpeas, chop the cucumber and tomatoes, crumble the feta on top, squeeze the lemon over it and done. Eats proper well with some bread if you've got it. I've had it three times this week and I'm still not sick of it — to be fair it takes about four minutes which is basically the only reason I keep making it. My brain genuinely cannot handle anything with more than one pan right now.

bit of fresh mint or parsley changes it completely if you've got any knocking about
