smoothie bowl that took me 8 minutes and I timed it

Right so I've been making these for years and I always forget how quick they actually are. Frozen banana, handful of frozen mango, scoop of whey, splash of oat milk — blend it thick, like proper thick, not drinkable. Then just chuck whatever's on top. sliced banana granola (I use about 40g, I do weigh it) spoon of peanut butter whatever seeds are in the cupboard Macros land around 40g protein if you're using a decent whey and not skimping on the scoop. It's not fancy but it does the job and honestly it feels more like food than a shake does. I need something to chew in the morning or I'm starving by 10. The key is the texture tbh. If it's too liquid it's just a sad bowl of juice. Blend frozen stuff only, barely any liquid.

8 minutes is actually generous for me, mine's done in like 5 but I skip the weighing lol

the thick blend tip is the key thing honestly, ruins it when it's too runny

aye, runny ones are a waste of time honestly

do you find 40g granola enough or are you always going back for more
