Chia and Matcha Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/2 glass of water
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 40 g walnuts
  • 2 g Original Matcha

Instructions

Soak the chia seeds in water for 5 minutes before starting the recipe.

Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend until you obtain a smooth batter.

Pour the mixture into a previously greased loaf pan and bake at 180ºC for 15 minutes.

Important! Let it cool for a few minutes. Then you can fill your bread with your favorite ingredients.
