Matcha Hummus

Our culinary matcha is very versatile and today, we bring you a delicious and healthy recipe đź‘ŚTry this delicious white bean and matcha hummus, you'll wow everyone.

Ingredients

  • 400g cooked white beans
  • 1 tsp tahini (15 g)
  • Juice of half a lemon (approx. 15 ml)
  • 5 g Culinary Matcha
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 clove of garlic
  • 50 ml olive oil

Instructions

Drain the beans in a colander and rinse them with cold water.

We put all the ingredients in the glass and mash them for 45 seconds at progressive speed.

It should have a grainy, slightly thick texture.

We serve it with a drizzle of virgin olive oil and we can add sesame seeds. Serve with raw vegetables and corn nachos.
