Filled with fresh banana and creamy coconut, these bars are perfect for pre- or post-workout, or as a mid-day snack!
Ingredients
200 g coconut oil
2 ripe bananas
60 g tahini
60 ml pure maple syrup or honey
1 scoop Matcha Protein vanilla flavor

Place all the ingredients into a food processor and blend them thoroughly until you achieve a smooth, uniform mixture with no lumps.

Transfer the blended mixture into a pan lined with parchment paper, spreading it evenly to ensure consistent thickness throughout.

Refrigerate or freeze the pan for sufficient time until the mixture becomes firm and easy to cut, usually around 1–2 hours in the fridge or 30–45 minutes in the freezer.

Once firm, remove the mixture from the pan and cut it into bars or squares of your desired size. Store in an airtight container for freshness.
