Ingredients

  • 1 handful of shelled pistachios (40-50 g)
  • A splash of olive oil (20-30 g)
  • 2 g of culinary matcha
  • Salt
  • Fresh basil
  • Pasta (whatever you usually use)

Instructions

Prepare all the ingredients: pistachios, olive oil, salt, fresh basil and culinary matcha. Boil the pasta following the instructions on the packaging.

Blend all the ingredients and add some pasta cooking water.

Mix all the ingredients until you achieve a sauce-like texture. If it's too thick, you can add more cooking water.

Plate with the pasta and add more sauce on top. Optionally, add pepper, chopped pistachios, and grated cheese to taste. This recipe never fails!
