Ingredients
Pinch of salt
1 small glass of Erythritol
30 grams of olive oil (2 tablespoons)
250 grams of oat flour
1 small glass of lemon juice
20 grams of lemon zest (2 tablespoons)
1 teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
3 grams of our Earl Grey powdered tea
Instructions

In a bowl mix the flour, sugar, salt, baking soda and lemon zest.

Make a well in the center and pour in all the liquid ingredients and mix well.

Spoon the biscuits into a greased baking dish or covered with baking paper, leaving about 5 centimeters between each biscuit.

Bake for 10-15 minutes in a preheated oven at 180º. Delicious!
