Ingredients
400g of cream
2 tbsp erythritol
100g white chocolate
6g grenetine
4g culinary matcha
Instructions
1
Rehydrate the grenetine in a little cold water. Heat the cream with the erythritol and when it boils, add the grenetine off the heat.
2
Melt the white chocolate and pour in the cream little by little, divide the mixture into two equal parts. In one part, add 4g of culinary matcha and mix if necessary.
3
Put the glasses on slightly larger stands, so that they are tilted, and carefully pour the matcha panna cotta and leave it in the fridge for about 3 hours. Meanwhile, keep the other part of the natural panna cotta at room temperature.
4
Once the matcha part has set, turn the glasses and pour in the remaining natural panna cotta. Put back in the fridge for another 3 hours. Enjoy! 💚
